2048 AD. As network technology develops and progresses, a new form of crime has been born called “PSYber crimes”. It is a dangerous assault on people that erodes and manipulates their minds and memories. And hidden in these shadows exists a Hollow. Confront these PSYber crimes. Follow the leads. Rescue the victims. An organization was formed for that very purpose. The “Communication Information Guardian” – C.I.G. As C.I.G Branch Commanders, your role is to prevent PSYber crimes and rescue victims from danger. Commanders must recruit members, train them, and lead them in battle.
