Continuing directly from the events in Fallen Hero: Rebirth, you need to stay one step ahead of your past as you build your future, one crime at a time. Will you keep up the lies, or risk everything by putting your trust in people? Making enemies is always dangerous, becoming one doubly so. Where on that scale making friends with them is, you'd rather not think about. Perhaps agreeing to visit a psychiatrist is not the worst choice you've made.
